The Boston Children's Museum
Today we took all the children to the Boston Children's Museum. Because it was a school holiday (Columbus Day) the museum was very crowded. All the children had a wonderful time. We think they will sleep very well tonight.
The museum had the most wonderful crawling maze that climbed all three floors. Spencer, Matthew, Tanner, Joshua, and Jacob all spent a long time crawling between the layers. The boys are towards the top of the climber. Double click on this picture to find them.

The bubble room was terrific. Giant bubbles and bubble making supplies everywhere. It made us think of Grandma Osburn and her giant bubbles.

They had a fencing demonstration at the museum. Matthew, Tanner, Joshua, and Jacob all tried their hand at it. Spencer explored on his own, and Andrew and Sammy played in the building room. Three adults came in very handy.

The boat room was great fun.

The skyline from the museum was gorgeous. We ate lunch on the patio outside (promptly at 1:30).

It was a wonderful day. When we got home at 5:30, Adam had fresh bread and ziti waiting for us to eat before he had to go in for his night shift at the hospital.
